Anyways as someone who has been iffy of taking my car to a dealership for repairs I can happily say this experience was top notch, professionalism and great communication! And fixed my issue while giving me comfort that every step of the repair was done correctly. I will definitely be back here!

The Service crew at Skaha Ford are excellent! All three of my Ford vehicles get serviced by them. Ryan always does a great job at getting me booked in and the mechanic will explain any necessary work to be completed. I have total trust in them. Recently while having some electrical issues due to water in the lower mainland I called Ryan to see what I could do to mitigate the problem until I got back to PENTICTON…He got the head mechanic as well as the Supervisor to review what was happening and gave me the solution I needed to get back.

Penticton Bannister ford is absolutely the place to go when you’re looking for a new vehicle! I started the process reaching out online, the receptionist got a good idea of what I was looking for and then I was connected to Kent. Kent made the whole process so easy. I sent in some information about my trade in so by the time I had arrived we already had numbers we could look over. Kent came with me on the test drive and was very informative about the vehicle, even though they were closing shortly I never felt rushed and was helped by all the staff for any questions I had. Pick up was set for the following day and everything went very quickly. Thank you everyone at Penticton Bannister Ford! Loving the Bronco!

I appreciate how well we were cared for during the process of purchasing our new vehicle from Bannister Ford. I was apprehensive and honestly quite judgmental to the idea of even buy a new vehicle off the lot based on the idea of pushy salesman feeding you whatever line to force you into a sale. However, Connor (our sales representative) was incredibly honest kind and patient. Even later on when we came in with questions and concerns he quickly addressed each and every one of them (even the silly ones that other sales associates typically wouldn’t take the time to walk through with you). I look forward to dealing with the rest of the team for services and future purchases.
