We were driving through the Penticton area when our truck steering and gear shift locked up. A number of people in the area tried to unlock it but to no avail so it was towed to bannister Penticton ford at 10 pm. The next morning we called as soon as they were open. They looked at it right away and were able to fix it within an hour. We had a reservation on the ferry over to Vancouver island and we were able to make it in time. We were so grateful that they were able to help us right away and to top it off when we went to pick it up they didn’t even charge us. Thankyou to Brady who helped us out and the technician who got us back on the road. We appreciate you and your team.
