Thank you to the technician that did the work.26/02/2025I really enjoy taking my vehicle into Banister Ford Penticton because I trust their team. The technician ( Dryden ) said " enjoys working on vehicles like ours because it is well maintained, easy to inspect the whole vehicle, and it is in very good shape ". There is one thing that I will comment on, which is this post section. It should be set up so there is a distinct separation between posts that is why I have dated this post and separated it.I am not here if my new post got posted because I filled out all the information and then it disappeared. Usually after you finish the survey it will say thank you for doing the survey but it did not. The only option I have is continuing on this post. I took my vehicle in to get a license plate light that was burnt out replaced. Alex did a good job at making an appointment for my vehicle. When it came time to get the vehicle repaired Ryan did a good job at getting it into the shop before the technician to work on. Jett the technician did a great job on repairing my vehicle.I know everyone that works for Penticton Bannister Ford and they all do a great job when it comes to dealing with customers and problems with my vehicle, That includes all departments and you all know who you are reception, sales, lot personnel, management, parts, warehousing, cleaning and maintenance, technicians and servicing, booking and billing, service advisors and everyone else that works there, this includes all employees and any employee that I have not listed here at Penticton Banister Ford . Hopefully someone that operates this website will be able to set it up so that a customer can enter separate posts for different Appointments.My vehicle was serviced on the day which it was scheduled for. I know most of the employees at Banister Ford in the dealership that serviced my vehicle. Everyone that I communicate with at the dealership is very very friendly and can take a teasing from the customer and they can also tease back all in fun. They are all excellent at their jobs and if they do not know something about a problem that arises, they will consult some of their coworkers or look for answers to help resolve any of the customers issues. This survey is only for the dealership that I deal with and I do not know how other Banister dealerships are for customer relations or services provided.A couple of things about your review page is 1. There is no space between a couple of words and 2. Some of the punctuation is missing. Do not get me wrong I am not a professional at writing but I just noticed these couple of mistakes which I think if there is a professional writing out the surveys it should be done correctly within the language that they are writing the survey in.
