** UPDATE**Thank you, Ryan.I appreciate your attention to the issue and getting the winter tires on my vehicle before I have to leave on Friday. I am more optimistic about future dealings with the dealership.Bannister Ford Penticton formerly Skaha Ford Penticton, once again has lived up to my previous experience!Ordered winter tires & rims for my newer Escape phev on Monday, organized an appointment for installation today. What has gone wrong?1) today's appointment wasn't booked, except in my calendar it was....found this out when I went to the dealership this morning.2) tires are in but no rims, think this might be a problem??????3) no phone call telling me the rims are delayed. Supposedly someone bought the suppliers whole stock right after I ordered...but miraculously they are shipping them now.....This is just a continuation of poor service from the dealership over the past 8 years.4) when I bought the vehicle, it took 4 trys, literally took the vehicle to the dealership, to get the paint protection completed. One of those times it sat in their parking lot for 3 days! Nothing done.5) I still had to take it back to be redone as it was lifting.6) previous vehicle, tires & rims that were ordered, sold out from under me. Waited at the dealership for over an hour to find this out.7) previous vehicle, twice went to have winter tires put on and they couldn't find them, I sat for 2 hours waiting without anyone telling me what the problem was...only found out because I asked how much longer it was going to be.Not once have I heard from dealership management, didn't even try this time. The dealership owners need to do a better job of making sure their clients are being looked after.Very disappointed today, had hoped that the recent change in ownership would make a difference .... it hasn't.
